Erectile dysfunction medicines seized in Glengormley

Large of unlicensed medications have been taken by Department of Health authorities during a search of a home in Glengormley.
A guy was talked to by department officers about unlawfully importing and consequently supplying unlicensed impotence medications through the web.
The 47-year-old was likewise questioned about other medicine offences.
He will now be the topic of a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
The search was brought out by the department's Medicines Regulatory Group.
Its senior enforcement office, Peter Moore, said: "It is important that we get the message throughout that unlicensed medications can be dangerous.
"These types of items being sold, generally online, have actually gone through no quality control and there can be no guarantee about their safety.
"You just do not understand what you are taking or the conditions these items were made in. More importantly, you do not understand the effect drugs like this may have on your health."
